In Russia we have saying:"Sugar is a white death."WE say that, because we understand how bad is too much sugar, but we still continue eating it.Probably will never stop doing.As a matter of fact, i made a discovery that sugar can actually lead to the cancer, which makes sugar less desirable for us.
It's amazing how sugar can damage your body. When I'm watching this video it makes me not want to eat that much sugar or to not eat it at all, but like they say it's easier said then done. But that shouldn't be an accuse we all should learn how to discipline our selves when it comes to living a healthier life.
